The owners are friendly and helpful, they allowed me to change my reservation when I got stuck in the city. The location is perfect, surrounded by peaceful scenery and the water is amazing, being at just the right temperature. I really enjoyed the day trip to the nearby desert which was absolutely unforgettable and surreal.

The room had no internet and was a bit chilly, making my stay less comfortable. The staff's lack of English language skills was a frustrating issue.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. They accommodated our schedule change without any issues and even arranged transportation for us when we arrived in this small town. The hotel facilities were clean and peaceful, providing a much-needed break from the noise and traffic of the city. We particularly enjoyed the oasis water, which was a perfect temperature of 43 degrees Celsius. The breakfast provided was simple but nice, and we met some great people during our stay.

My partner and I had a romantic escape to this hotel and it was fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the hot springs were amazing and so relaxing, exactly what we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner each day. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it difficult to plan out our daily activities. the room was a little on the cold side, but we were able to snuggle up under the warm blankets provided.
